10 Minute Setup Guide


Step 1: Connect Hardware
  • Plug in power
  • Connect HDMI/DisplayPort
  • Attached keyboard & mouse
Step 2: First Boot
  • Power on device
  • Complete Windows setup
Step 3: Internet Setup
  • Connect to WiFi (WiFi 6/6E supported)
  • Or use Ethernet (2.5Gb LAN available on most models)
Step 4: System Check
  • Verify RAM & storage in Task Manager
  • Check Windows activation

Common Setup Issues

Device Won’t Turn On
Checklist:
If still not working: → Contact support with model + serial number

No Display / Black Screen Common causes:
  • Incorrect input source on monitor
  • HDMI vs DisplayPort mismatch
  • Faulty cable
Fix:
  1. Try another cable
  2. Use different port (HDMI vs DP)
  3. Test with another monitor

WiFi Not Showing Steps:
  1. Restart device
  2. Check Device Manager → Network Adapters
  3. Install/update drivers
