Creamy Mushroom Baked Chicken

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2lbs chicken thighs
  • 4 russet potatoes cubed
  • 2 cups cut Green beans
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • Drizzle of Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

MUSHROOM CREAM SAUCE:
  • 4 tbsp butter divided in half
  • 1 cup sliced White mushrooms
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • ½ cup white wine
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
