Hot Honey Buffalo Chicken Dip Melt. Buffalo Chicken Dip, Crispy Jalapeño slices, Applewood smoked bacon, Blue Cheese Crumbles, Hot Honey.

  1. Mix together 8 oz softened cream cheese, 2 cups shredded chicken, 1/2 cup red hot sauce, 1/2 cup ranch dressing, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, refrigerate
  2. Cook bacon until very crispy
  3. Fry Jalapeño slices
  4. Toast a thick sourdough slice in a medium hot pan with butter
  5. Top bread with dip
  6. Top dip with cheddar cheese
  7. Top with crispy bacon, crumbled blue cheese, crispy fried jalapeno slices
  8. Drizzle with hot honey
  9. Toast until bread is golden
  10. Add top sourdough slice, turn over and toast until golden
  11. Drizzle with hot honey and serve
