I once worked at a fine dining restaurant that was well known for its house ketchup. Here’s the secret recipe: equal parts BBQ sauce, sriracha sauce, and ketchup.

I made this combo drunk one night, and I wrote it down in my recipe book in the most horrendous way. 10/10 would recommend

Ketchup + Mayo + Curry Powder is my go-to sandwich condiment.

Curry wurst introduced me to the glory of curry powder on ketchup. Love the flavor combo. Not sure about Bloody Mary, or putting truffle oil in ketchup, though truffle oil alone has a great taste. The Chipotle lime one sounds good, but what's up the Secret Sauce, is that the Big Mac sauce?

No, Mac sauce is a lot closer to ketchup, mayo, and relish.
My personal favorite dipping sauce is 3 parts mayo, 2 parts ketchup, and 1 part hot sauce (I use Sriracha, but Cholula and Tapatio are also great). I call that "Good Burger" sauce, like from the Nickelodeon movie. It looks the same and is straight fire.

Truffle oil in ketchup is amazing. A restaurant near me serves it as their special ketchup and it’s a hit.

Truffle ketchup is amazing! If you’re in the US and have a Trader Joe’s near you, they have truffle ketchup in stock right now and it’s worth a try.

Cholula is the most Mexican flavor ingredient they could come up with....I'm not Mexican but surely that ketchup concoction can be improved upon lol

the only reason i even use Cholula is because it is spicy. i certainly think there are better mexican foods than cholula to put in ketchup

yeah it’s nice in a dish to add heat but not much flavour unfortunately

In my kitchen we’ve used mayo and chipotle peppers with adobo. People always ask how to make it at home. Super simple and so good for a “Mexican mayo”

I do something similar with El Yucateco brand habanero hot sauce. It’s my favorite thing to put on fries

I'm french and I just discovered the world sautéed. I always wondered what the english word for that was.
level 2
What’s the French word for it? My understanding was that we borrowed a lot of cooking words from you guys.

As a Mexican I don't claim that ketchup 🤢 haha. Our dishes use a lot of grill onions and use a variety of veggies, spices, and other cream/pastes. I recommend using cooked onions, serrano chilis, lime to start off. Anything but this...

For some of these that incorporate more solid ingredients an immersion blender will work wonders to make it into one consistent sauce.

Spicy mayo is my personal go-to dipping sauce. Mayo+cajun seasoning+ hot sauce
level 1
how would sautéed onions come out (or is it just for the flavor?) serious question
level 2
Finely dice them before you sauté, and cook it down until it’s jammy. It should be pourable once mixed with the ketchup.

Ketchup + Mayo 50/50 = Fry Sauce
Ketchup + Ranch 50/50 = Mental Health Issues

My latest cooking tool ...... A tagine is a conical earthenware pot and the dish prepared in the tagine pot shares the same name as it's cooking vessel. Historically, the nomads in North Africa used the tagine pot as a “portable oven”, allowing them to prepare food at anytime while moving around.

Use gluten-free mini pretzels. They taste more like pretzels than normal mini pretzels and are crunchier
My sister is going gluten-free and got these pretzels and they taste super good. 10/10 would recommend.

I strongly recommend growing gourmet mushrooms on your own. It came out fairly quick(for us, the pink oyster mushroom fully grew in a week), It will be cheaper than buying outside, and what's more, the experience is just unforgettable. We did record the whole process in the link below for ref.
