Cannoli Filling

Cannoli Filling
- 3 cups Ricotta
- 2 cups Mascarpone
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
Blend all ingredients together in large bowl with hand mixer
